KUBRA and Emerald Coast Utilities Authority Sign an E-Payments Contract
Coppell, TX — March 12, 2014 — KUBRA, a customer interaction management solution provider, today announced it has signed an agreement with the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) to provide a cloud-based e-payments solution. ECUA provides utility services, which include water, wastewater, and sanitation. ECUA owns, operates, and maintains production and distribution systems serving approximately 100,000 customers in Escambia County and the City of Pensacola, FL.
ECUA will be deploying the KUBRA EZ-PAY™ solution to support desktop, IVR, and Call Center on-demand payments. This consumer-funded expedited payment solution will provide ECUA customers with a wide variety of payment types and interaction channels for easy and convenient payment options.
