Hydro One, the largest electricity transmission and distribution company in Ontario, is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and committed to continuous enterprise improvements. When customer satisfaction research revealed that customers expected the utility to provide new ways of accessing information about their electricity service, Hydro One worked with KUBRA Arizona Inc. to build a mobile app for customers to view and track outages affecting their properties.
