The City of Durham to Implement KUBRA's E-Payment Platform
Mississauga, ON — August 8, 2013 — KUBRA, a customer interaction management solution provider, announced today that the City of Durham will deploy the KUBRA i-doxs™ suite Utility Edition (UE) to support IVR, Web, and E-Bill payment transactions. The City of Durham provides water, sewer, stormwater, and yard waste services to approximately 80,000 customers.
In an effort to streamline payment processing, provide payment and e-billing options, and improve customer service for its citizens, the City of Durham released a RFP in the spring of 2012 for an enterprise electronic presentment and payment solution to support City-wide services that will provide the Department of Water Management with enhanced technology. KUBRA was successful in winning the RFP to support the City’s online payment initiatives.

The City of Durham will leverage the KUBRA i-doxs Suite UE B2C to provide its citizens with e-billing capabilities, one-time IVR, Web, and Call Center payments and outbound customer notifications via IVR and email.
