KUBRA Announces Signed Agreement with El Paso Electric
KUBRA to provide an integrated document delivery and cloud-based archival management system.
Coppell, TX — February 25, 2015 — KUBRA, a customer interaction management solution provider, announced that it has signed a business process outsourcing agreement with El Paso Electric (EPE). El Paso Electric is a regional electric utility providing generation, transmission, and distribution services to approximately 400,000 retail and wholesale customers in a 10,000 square mile area of the Rio Grande valley in west Texas and southern New Mexico.

KUBRA will be providing document composition, full color document production and mail delivery, and cloud-based document archival and retrieval solutions. The document repository will be tightly integrated with the El Paso Electric Customer Information System, allowing for seamless document access and improved customer care support.
In addition, KUBRA will provide bill and letter document redesign services to re-engineer transactional documents for color production with dynamic and targeted “OnSerts.” El Paso Electric is moving away from traditional independent inserts produced and applied to each mail piece at the document production stage to targeted “OnSerts” that are woven within the document at the data processing stage. This new approach will reduce costs, enable faster turnaround on campaigns, and allow for targeted delivery of messaging to the utility’s customer base.
EPE will leverage the DocWeb application to support daily access and administration of data processing, document composition, and mail delivery activities. Within DocWeb, EPE will leverage the Document Template Manager solution to build, edit, and support document templates without support from KUBRA.
