KUBRA and HRSD Go Live with Digital Postal Mail from Zumbox

Mississauga, ON — June 26, 2013 — KUBRA, a customer interaction management solution provider, today announced that HRSD has gone live with Digital Postal Mail from Zumbox. HRSD provides wastewater treatment services to 17 cities and counties of southeast Virginia, an area of over 3,100 square miles with a population of 1.6 million. This new digital customer communication channel will improve the customer experience and increase paperless adoption among its customers.
