Client Success Manager

All of our clients are assigned a dedicated Client Success Manager (CSM) whose core focus is to serve as the primary contact and voice of the client within KUBRA, advocating on their behalf and ensuring clients are getting the most out of their KUBRA products and solutions. 

Service Delivery/Project Managers

During the implementation process, all clients are assigned a KUBRA Project Manager who is responsible for the administration and technical direction of all applications and deliverables, as well as the overall success of the project. 


Our Service Delivery team provides frontline support to our clients working in collaboration with the KUBRA Client Success Management team. The team offers assistance related to routine questions and assistance in identifying and verifying the causes of suspected errors.
