The KUBRA iRemit solution can be integrated with the KUBRA iDoxs™ Suite E-Billing Platform or with third-party billing solutions. Aggregating separate posting files into a single file minimizes the number of billing interfaces your Accounts Receivable department has to deal with and helps improve the efficiency of your treasury reconciliation processes.

We provide secure lockbox services including mail receipt, opening, extraction, document scanning, and information tracking and reporting. Optical read software provides automated reading and detection of scan lines, check or tick marks, stamps or stickers, MICR information, and handwriting. Scanned documents are uploaded to a secure cloud-based document repository. Funds are balanced and deposited each day, and we have deposit relationships designed to work with all financial institutions. Our lockbox locations are compliant with PCI, SSAE 16 SOC 1, and SOX requirements.
