Rick Watkin – President and CEO
Rick has been President and CEO of KUBRA since 1999. He has successfully led the company through remarkable organic growth, a management buyout with private equity, and a number of acquisitions which led to a private sale of 80% of the company’s shares to the Hearst Corporation. Rick sets our long-term vision, fosters tenacity within an engaged, client-centric culture, and heads up our day-to-day operations. He also develops strategies focused on profitable growth, expansion into new markets, and the use of transformative technologies. Rick has participated as a judge for Canada’s 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, sits on various advisory boards including the board of Kids’ Health Links Foundation, and is a member of NACHA, Vistage, the Young Presidents’ Organization, the MacKay CEO Forums, and the Forbes Technology Council.

Shazir Khan – Chief Technology Officer
Shazir oversees product management and engineering with a focus on creating a harmonized and integrated technology road map. He has worked in the regulated utility industry for more than 25 years in the fields of solution design, software engineering, and consulting. Shazir’s expansive experience in this sector allows him to effectively bridge the often deep divide between technologists and business leaders. An effective team leader and motivator, Shazir combines his strong product management skills with enthusiasm and optimism to consistently deliver best-in-class software solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Shazir served as the CEO and President of iFactor from 2004 until that company’s acquisition by KUBRA in January 2016.

Lida Sadrazodi – Chief Financial Officer
Lida oversees our finance organization and is responsible for our financial reporting, planning, treasury, and tax activities. She joined KUBRA in 2008, and has more than 25 years of experience in senior finance positions with Technology, Communication, Mining, Manufacturing, and Aviation organizations. Prior to joining KUBRA, Lida served as the CFO of Marketwired for six years and as the VP of Finance for ACA Group of Companies for seven years. Lida is a CMA with the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario, is an active member of Financial Executives International (FEI), and holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree.

Tony Di Iorio – Chief Operating Officer
Tony is charged with developing and executing KUBRA’s vision and strategic growth through technology and solution innovation. He provides leadership of KUBRA’s delivery of services and operation, ensuring exceptional client experience across KUBRA’s enterprise solution platform. Tony has over 30 years of progressive management experience in successfully scaling organizations by building high performing teams focused on optimizing technologies and processes. He is an MBA graduate from Schulich School of Business and Professional Engineer from University of Toronto. Tony is actively involved in various charitable organizations and is a Platinum ambassador for the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation in Toronto.

Randy Langley - Chief Revenue Officer
Randy is responsible for overseeing revenue generation with a focus on expanding into new markets. He has more than two decades of experience as a sales leader, speaker, and strategist. Randy is an expert on payment solutions and a passionate sales leader who drives innovation. His strength lies in building high-powered sales teams and offering expertise and guidance to deliver consistent results. Before joining KUBRA, Randy led national sales teams and account management for Paymentus, Bestbill, and Revspring. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Vicky Edwards – General Counsel
Vicky oversees all legal work for KUBRA including responsibility for contracts, intellectual property, leases, insurance, and litigation. She has more than 20 years of experience in senior legal positions in the financial services and technology sectors and joined KUBRA in 2011. Prior to that, Vicky was the Vice President, General Counsel and a Director for Portland Investment Counsel and AIC Limited. Vicky is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and holds LL.M., LL.B, and BA degrees.

Shaun Jackson – SVP, Marketing
Shaun oversees all marketing strategy and activities at KUBRA. In her role, she is responsible for leading high-impact marketing programs that enhance demand generation and increase awareness of KUBRA in the North American market. With more than 20 years of marketing experience, she helps to enable sales activities and drive corporate awareness with measurable marketing, branding, and communications initiatives. Shaun has honed her skills working in marketing positions in the technology, financial services, education, and professional services sectors.

Mark Visic – SVP, Business Development
Mark is responsible for our mergers and acquisition activities, setting corporate business development strategy, and developing and managing sales channels and partner alliances. He has more than 20 years of sales, marketing, and consulting experience in the customer experience management and payment industries. Mark joined KUBRA in 1995 and has served in a variety of sales leadership and executive management roles. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto. Mark is currently part of several community-based non-profit organizations and is a member of various industry marketing associations.
