The Storm Center™ outage map presents information on a map of your service territory and helps your customers, the media, elected officials, and regulators to visualize both the challenges you face and your restoration progress. You choose the information you want to provide for outage locations or areas, in summary tables, on an alert banner, and in links on the map web page. Our optional Outage Reporting and Status Tool lets your customers log in to view outage status information about their accounts or report an outage at their home or business. The flexible structure of the Storm Center map allows you to add a wide variety of optional layers with related information.

IncidentWatch Incident Map and Reporting Tool
The IncidentWatch™ map can improve your incident management process by making reporting easier for both you and your customers. The map interface gives your customers a simple, intuitive way to report problems with outdoor lights or other infrastructure, with both a search function and integrated location-based services that allow the map to automatically move to a user’s current position. Once a customer submits a repair request for a particular asset, the map display changes to let other customers know that you are aware of the problem and are working to fix it. If you have an asset management system, you can connect it to IncidentWatch so reports from the map will automatically create repair tickets.
KUBRA Infrastructure Map
The KUBRA Infrastructure Map™ gives your customers an interactive view of the infrastructure improvements you’re making, reinforcing your other communications about reliability and planning for the future. The map can display information including location, repair priority, and other details as needed. You can customize the search feature and map interface to control the level of detail you share, zoom parameters, and navigation by address, ZIP code, or city and state. Our streamlined data integration format enables you to share information directly from a leak management system or other database, so you can be up and running quickly.
