KUBRA Announces New Walk-In Cash Payment Solution

KUBRA e-Cash provides billers with access to 17,000 7-Eleven, Family Dollar, and ACE Cash Express stores through PayNearMe partnership.
Coppell, TX — November 5, 2014 — KUBRA, a customer interaction management solution provider, announced today it has developed a new electronic cash payment solution to work in conjunction with an existing partnership with PayNearMe, an electronic cash transaction network. KUBRA’s e-Cash™ solution enables online cash payments and allows the end customer to conveniently pay their printed or electronic bill with cash in aisle at their local store through the Promise to Pay application.
End customers will now be able to make electronic cash payments through web, IVR, mobile or CSR assisted channels. By enhancing the KUBRA i-doxs Suite or KUBRA EZ-PAY services with the new e-Cash solution, KUBRA Billers will be able to improve customer experience, offer another choice for bill payment, and continue to automate the back-end payment processing elements. Payments made through the KUBRA e-Cash solution will flow via the KUBRA centralized payment processing engine and the KUBRA i-Lockbox remittance application. Payment data is handled in real time and consolidated with other external payment channels in order to provide KUBRA clients one electronic remittance processing file.
