Comparably is a workplace culture and compensation monitoring employee review platform, that honors companies with Best Places to Work Awards as rated by their employees across various categories. These awards highlight data collected from 20 million ratings across 70,000 companies, showcasing the best workplaces in categories ranging from compensation to leadership.

• Best Company Compensation: This measure reflects employees’ satisfaction with salary, benefits, raises, and rewards. More than 200 employees at KUBRA score their wages and compensation an A+ on average. This aligns with our commitment to fulfilling obligations and providing our team with the compensation they deserve for their hard work.  
• Best CEOs: This award is based on direct feedback about leadership effectiveness, vision, and overall impact on employees. KUBRA’s CEO demonstrates these traits with 242 employee ratings and a score of 88/100, placing him in the top 5% of similar-sized companies (on Comparably). Our leaders inspire and support our team to be their best, exemplifying the integrity and resilience that our culture is built on. 
• Best Company Culture: KUBRA received an A+ rating for overall company culture, reflecting employee happiness, work-life balance, and enthusiasm about their work and workplace.
